Refund policy
In Motion Services Customer Satisfaction 30 Day Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. In Motion Services guarantees a thirty (30) day return policy on most purchases. Orders that meet our return policy standards must be received by In Motion Services within 30 days from the time the product was received by the customer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form on our website and we will provide you with an RMA number and our shipping address. Using the RMA provided you can return the product via shipping.
Once a full assessment has been completed by a technician, any damages including wear and tear will be deducted from the refunded amount. All returns that are not defective, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
In Motion Services cost of shipping items to the customer are non-refundable when the customer returns a product. The customer will be responsible for the full cost of shipping on all return items. In Motion Services shipping costs will be deducted from the customer’s refund. These costs can range from $150.00 for parcel service, $250.00 for freight service and $350.00 for freight service over 175lbs.
All returned items must be in new condition and able to be resold as new. Returned are to be shipped in their original packaging including any extra padding to protect the item.
Any returns without prior RMA approval will not be accepted and refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain items are non-refundable. These items are generally identified as products that cannot be returned due to their nature or that have been custom-made or specially ordered for you. Additionally, items that are unboxed, intimate, sanitary, hazardous, or flammable may not be eligible for return. We strive to provide clarity on non-refundable items to ensure transparency in our refund policy.
In Motion Services Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellations on orders where payment has been processed but item has not been shipped will be subject to a 6.75% cancellation fee. Cancellations orders that have shipped will be subject to Shopify’s Customer Satisfaction 30 Day Return Policy. Orders that have been shipped and are refused at delivery will be subject to Shopify’s Customer Satisfaction 30 Day Return Policy.
