Larger Items: Larger items such as beds, power wheelchairs, scooters, ramps, and other sizable products may take longer to deliver. Due to the size and complexity of shipping, these items may exceed the standard delivery times. Freight Shipping: For items that require freight shipping, such as mobility scooters, lift chairs, and other larger items, the shipping company will deliver the item to the front door of your home only. Please note that this service does not include product assembly or setup, removal of packaging, or carrying the item beyond the front door. This is due to the size and weight of these items, as well as health and safety regulations.

Stock Availability & Backorder Policy: While we strive to maintain a high level of stock availability, there are times when an item may be on backorder.
