Warranty Policy

​In the interest of customer satisfaction, In Motion Services Inc. may at its sole discretion, offer refunds or exchanges to customers on products covered by manufacturer's warranties.

​90 day Pro-rated Warranty on replacement batteries.  For example, if the battery fails one (1) month after the original purchase, the customer would be entitled to a prorated warranty credit of 33 1/3% (1/3) of the original purchase price towards the purchase of a new replacement battery at the same retail price (or current retail price if that is lower). The replacement battery would then carry the balance of time remaining on the original prorated 90 day warranty. In this example, the replacement battery would have 2 months remaining on the original pro-rated warranty.

​One (1) month warranty on the charger.

In Motion Services Inc. will assume no liability, whatsoever, if any defect in the product is found to be the result of improper storage or use of the product not consistent with In Motion Services instructions and recommendations.

In addition, In Motion Services Inc. shall be without liability for any defect in any product which In Motion Services, in its opinion, determines has resulted from the product being repaired or altered by someone other than In Motion Services.

In Motion Services Inc. does not warrant the fitness for any particular purpose of its products and does not make any warranty, express or implied, other than the limited warranty contained herein.

The Roturner sit to stand transfer aid provides a safe and dignified transfer using only one caregiver. Transfer onto a bed, wheelchair, commode, or shower chair quickly without the use of slings or uncomfortable handling. Be an active participant in the transfers and use the Roturner.

The risk of back pain and other musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) is a very real issue for caregivers and nurses.

Consider the amount of physical effort that is required and the awkward positions that a nurse or caregiver may have to get into when transferring a client from a sitting to a standing position. The use of a Roturner can remove the need for manual handling. This lowers the risk of injury to the caregiver, while providing a safer, more dignified and comfortable transfer solution for the client.

The sturdy frame instills confidence in the client as they make the transition between a bed, seat, commode or wheelchair. The wide turntable provides a stable and safe area that the client can step onto while the transfer takes place. It rotates between five different positions with a locking device to ensure patient safety. The risk and fear of falling is diminished with the curved support frame providing added security and peace of mind as the client is actively involved in the transfer. This can help improve circulation and help provide a sense of independence, rather than just being passively lifted from one place to another.

A simplified, less risky solution for the caregiver

Moving a person with limited mobility from a bed to a wheelchair may seem like a very simple process. For the caregiver carrying out this task repeatedly throughout the day, the risk of back injury is a very real occupational hazard. Fortunately, using the Roturner greatly diminishes the risk as it eliminates the need to lift the client. The Roturner’s lightweight base and wheels make it very easy to maneuver over all types of flooring. In the majority of cases, only a single caregiver is required to execute a transfer of their loved one or client.

Cancellation Policy

The rental reservation may be cancelled at any time by providing written notice to In Motion Services Inc. However, if the rental reservation is cancelled within 24 hours or less of the scheduled rental start date, the rental reservation will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee charged to the client's credit card.
