Emergency evacuation chair for stair ascent and descent
The Evac+Chair® 600H helps evacuate people with limited mobility from a building during an emergency. Its two carrying handles support two-person operation in locations with difficult access, including upward evacuation. The chair also supports single-attendant stair descent using self-braking Evac+Track friction tracks. Operation depends on the application.
With a 400 lb passenger capacity, 24 lb chair weight and dual-position seating, the 600H combines flexible evacuation options with compact, wall-mountable storage and a manufacturer’s lifetime warranty.
Dual-position seating
Flat seat: Zipped side panels create a level seat, secured by an over-thigh quick-release restraint.
Hammock seat: Unzip the side panels and secure them beneath the seat; the passenger restraint remains usable.
