JAY Fusion: support that adapts to you

A configurable wheelchair cushion with a contoured foam base and a choice of fluid or air inserts. Select your profile, insert and exact width × depth above.

Profiles and included components

Standard: foam base, inner cover, outer cover and selected insert.
Reduced Profile: a lower-profile base with the selected insert and covers.
Positioning: adds a pair of 1-inch lateral thigh supports, a pair of 1-inch lateral pelvic supports and a 1-inch medial thigh support, fitted into inner-cover pockets.
Fluid: Ionic+ outer cover. Air: stretch outer cover, with single- or dual-valve insert.

A stable, contoured foundation

The shaped pelvic loading area and layered foam base support positioning while allowing individual adjustments.

Fluid or adjustable air

Choose JAY Flow fluid, single-valve air or dual-valve air. Air levels can be adjusted to suit changing positioning needs.

Dual-cover protection

A protective inner cover and removable outer cover simplify care. The included outer cover depends on the insert selected.

Choose your profile

Standard and reduced-profile bases are available. Reduced Profile lowers overall cushion height by ⅝ inch.

Cryo Technology

The manufacturer also offers CryoFluid. This version uses a separate order form and is available here by quotation.

Sizing and custom requests

Width is measured outside edge to outside edge. Depth is measured from the front edge of the rear cutout to the front lower edge of the cushion. All dimensions are for the completed cushion with covers. Custom sizes and modifications are quoted through JAY Your Way.
